Lake Conroe is on a roll. A week ago, the 21,000-acre lake on the San Jacinto River produced its third 13-pound-or-heavier largemouth bass since mid-December. One of those bass was just a couple of threadfin shad shy of 16 pounds - 15.93 - a lake record.
